Q: How long does the battery run when fully charged?

The supplied Ni-Cd battery is 2500 mAh.  When it is fully charged, it can run 45 min for wash, or 20 min for vacuum, or 35 min for polish.  The battery capacity should be enough for you to wash, vacuum, and even polish your vehicle without recharging.

Q: Is the wash brush head fully submersible?

Yes.  You can fully submerse the wash head into a water soap bucket for any cleaning project.

 

Q: Do I really need a water soap bucket?

Not necessary.  There is 20 oz water soap container on the wash head.  Just add water with your garden hose into the opening inlet on the container till almost full and then add two spoons of auto or boat wash soap.  The full water soap container should allow you to wash a regular size vehicle without refilling. 

 

Q: How do I adjust the dial of the water soap container for a full car wash?

Before you add any water in the container, be sure the dial is closed all the way.  When you fill up water and wash soap, close the lid and place the wash head on the surface of your vehicle.  You may then turn the dial towards open direction for about one and half thumb intervals only.  Be sure the water soap drops slowly so it can provide a full car wash without refilling.  It is important you hose the dirts off your car before using the power washer and keep your vehicle wet during washing.  

 

Q: Does the unit have water pass through?

Yes.  You can hook a garden hose on the inlet of the water soap container.  Be sure to turn the dial to wide open for rinse.

 

Q: Does the wash brush scratch my car surface?

No.  The soft feathered bristle tips gently wash away dirt and grime yet will not mar expensive clear coat or painted finishes.
