Shipping We ship via our prefered carrier FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated
based on the zip code of the destination, and presented to you in real time during the ordering process,
allowing all charges to be known before you complete your order.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box - please indicate a shipping address and phone number.
We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the
recipient. FedEx requires a signiture for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one.
Shipments will be delivered to the address provided and need to be signed.
Your orders are usually shipped out within 48 business hours. We do our best to get your shipments to you in time.
But once the package is delivered to FedEx, it is out of our control. Please follow up with the respective shipping
company method to track your order. We will not be responsible for late deliveries or lags in delivery due to FedEx
slowness and no refunds will be given in these situations.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days. Contact Viaworld Advanced Products for return authorization number and
address for sending returns. All returns must be in new, resellable condition and well packed for shipping.
Please ship returns via a trackable, insured carrier. Viaworld Advanced Products will not be liable for damage or
